Some people prioritize portability and want a compact glass blunt that fits easily into a pocket. Others prefer a slim shape and a lightweight grip. That is why we designed the Twisty Glass Blunt in five different sizes: Mini, Slim, Original, XL, and Oversized.
These five models are not simply smaller or larger versions of the same product. The glass tube diameter, spiral length, internal space, overall proportions, weight distribution, and grip must be adjusted for each size. This allows every reusable glass blunt to maintain the smooth twisting action that defines the Twisty Glass Blunt.
1. Mini Glass Blunt: Designed for Portability
The Twisty Glass Blunt Mini has a capacity of approximately 0.5 grams, making it the smallest and most portable glass blunt in the collection.
The biggest challenge when designing the Mini was preserving the core Twisty structure within a much smaller product. After shortening the glass tube, we also had to recalculate the spiral length, number of turns, internal channel, spacing, and component strength.
The Mini Glass Blunt is designed for users who prioritize portability, prefer smaller amounts, or do not want to fill a large glass tube. Its compact size allows it to fit easily into a pocket, pouch, or small bag.
This small glass blunt is ideal for everyday carry, short trips, and other situations where portability is more important than maximum capacity.
2. Slim Glass Blunt: Narrower and Lighter
Some users prefer a slender profile and a lighter grip. For them, we created the Twisty Glass Blunt Slim, which has a capacity of approximately 1.3 grams.
The Slim has a smaller glass tube diameter than the Original, but it still provides more internal capacity than the Mini. It offers another option for users who find the Original slightly too wide but consider the Mini too small.
Reducing the tube diameter affects more than appearance. The internal brass spiral, airflow structure, spacing, and connection between components must also be adjusted to maintain smooth rotation.
The Slim Glass Blunt is ideal for people with smaller hands, users who prefer a narrow shape, and anyone who values a lightweight feel. It is suitable for everyday use, weekend travel, and situations where a portable glass blunt is preferred.
3. Original Glass Blunt: The Most Balanced Classic Size
The Twisty Glass Blunt Original has a capacity of approximately 2 grams. It is the classic and most popular glass blunt size in the Twisty collection.
Its borosilicate glass tube measures approximately 17 mm in outer diameter and 86 mm in length. These proportions provide enough space for the internal brass spiral while maintaining a comfortable grip and practical portability.
The Original Glass Blunt is designed for first-time Twisty customers and users who want a balance of capacity, control, comfort, and portability. It works well for everyday use, relaxing at home, and small gatherings with friends.
If you are unsure which Twisty Glass Blunt size to choose, the Original is usually the most versatile and dependable option.
4. XL Glass Blunt: Built for Greater Capacity
Some users want to add more material at one time and reduce how frequently they need to refill. This demand led us to create the Twisty Glass Blunt XL.
The XL has a capacity of approximately 4 grams—about twice the capacity of the Original Glass Blunt.
Creating a large-capacity glass blunt involves more than increasing the size of the glass tube. As the internal space becomes larger, the length, strength, and stability of the spiral must also be adjusted. The weight must remain properly distributed so the product can provide a smooth and balanced twisting experience.
The XL Glass Blunt is designed for users who prioritize capacity, prefer a more substantial grip, or do not want to refill frequently. It is especially suitable for home use, longer leisure occasions, and gatherings with friends.
Compared with the Original, the primary focus of the XL is not compact portability but greater glass blunt capacity.
5. Oversized Glass Blunt: Designed for Parties and Special Occasions
The Oversized model is the largest and most visually striking glass blunt in the Twisty collection.
It was not created to replace the Original or XL. Instead, the Oversized Glass Blunt was designed for users who want maximum capacity, a memorable party experience, and a distinctive product for display or collection.
Its larger glass tube and spiral structure give it a strong visual presence, making it more likely to become a conversation piece at parties and special events.
Increasing the size also creates new design challenges. The glass thickness, spiral stability, connection strength, overall weight, and product balance must all be reconsidered. For this reason, the Oversized model is not simply an enlarged Original Glass Blunt. Its structure and proportions are specifically adjusted for its much larger internal space.
The Oversized Glass Blunt is suitable for people who regularly attend private parties, enjoy unusual product designs, or value visual impact. It is also a distinctive option for Twisty Glass Blunt collectors.

When choosing a glass blunt, bigger does not automatically mean better. The right size depends on your preferred capacity, carrying method, grip, and typical usage occasions.
The Mini focuses on portability. The Slim offers a narrower and lighter design. The Original provides the most balanced glass blunt experience. The XL meets the need for greater capacity, while the Oversized model is designed for parties, special events, displays, and collections.
